I have taken a cellphone contract with XCell communications in the year 2007 and i have not received any letters or phone calls from them and now that they found out were i am working now. They want to bill me with an account of R9975.54. On there statement they are saying that the letters was delivered to me with a sheriff i have not spoke to there sheriff or any of what they have on there statement they said that letter was posted to me which i also have not received i want someone to call me because i am not willing to pay that amount of money which i don't even have. I tried to call them as soon as I recieved all this paper work from their employee but the number does not go through and you are not able to leave a message as the voice instructs. i will only pay for the balance which is R4776.00 that is what I owe to Xcell. I am also looking for the Clients Reference number from court.
