I called Vodacom for an upgrade on the 18 February for a Samsung Galaxy 3. i gave them an alternative number to call me when they deliver, this was meant to have taken 3 - 5 working days. I then calld after a week of not recieving the phone and was told that my phone was returned by RAM to the warehouse cause they could not get hold of me. I am on maternity leave and have a nanny 24hrs, so there is no way that there no one at home. I then re-ordered the phone and after a week i called again and still the same reason of no delivery. I then asked the team leader to investigate and get my phone delivered. After 3 orders, 9 call center agents and 3 team leaders i still dont have the phone. I am told that they know the problem but they cant do anything about it. I then asked for all the recordings of my calls so we can have a meeting and listen and the problem be addressed and they refused. I just wanted consumers to be aware of Vodacom and that they are unable to help customers, and unfortunately they set the standards and they themselves cant adhere to them. Shame
