I called Virgin Mobile Call centre using 123 for customers. I waited 10 minutes for my call to be picked up.
I had actually called earlier in the day twice and I hung up due to call waiting.
Furthermore, everytime friends and family try to call me they say they hear a voice say my number does not exist.
In fact they have to call a number of times before they can get through to me.
When my contract comes to an end in december, I will run for my life. Virgin Mobile is the worst service provider in SA.
