We have been trying to stop a debit order, without closing our mobile contract, as we have a very large balance accrued with Virgin mobile. We would like to use this balance up as it grows by the month.
We have tried to contact Virgin via there 'contact us' form on the web site, and have had NO RESPONSE, after 4 messages have been left over the past 6 months.
We then tried calling into the shop who sold us the contract, only to find that it has closed down - some time ago.
We then phoned one of the ONLY @ shops open in the Western Cape. The most in-efficient individual told us to contact Virgin Mobile website and fill in the 'contact us' form.
We are most displeased. We don't want to lose our number, so what now???
