Applied for Telkom line twice but still nothing

Hi,
I first applied for an ADSL line in 2011 someone came to my house while I was away on business and installed something upon my arrival I called up Telkom 10210 to check what was left for me to do, Every time I called nobody could pick up my details One of the ladies asked me if I had paid the deposit I told her nobody had told me that but asked where to pay, I was told to pay at Telkom offices and asked where i could find one Telkom offices are not as common as MTN/Vodacom, but nobody could help me. Up until I gave up calling Telkom everyday using my airtime was proving to be pointless. To my surprise somewhere late 2012 I was told that my account was with lawyers so I will have to pay the lawyers. I called again Telkom how it goes to the Lawyers when nobody had informed with next step to take and again nobody could pick up my account information. I than Paid an amount of about R1150.Beginning of March I applied again for the line and on the 12th of March when I enquired about the installation date I was told I have to pay a deposit of R700 and was paid on the date. After I kept calling every other day to find out the if the installation date has been set and nothing
