What is happening at Virgin Mobile?

This morning when I looked at my cellphone I had an error message stating "Unregistered SIM" I then switched my phone off and on again and then I got an error "Insert SIM" I then followed this up with a call to Virgin Mobile where I got to speak to Lesego Leganyane of whom I did not have a problem with his service however I am disgusted by the fact that I have to wait 24 hours for their I.T department to sort this out. Lesego informed me that on their one system my number shows as active but on the other it is inactive. What is happening at Virgin. This is not the first time that I am experiencing problems with you guys. Can someone sort this out for me a.s.a.p. as I cannot put my life on hold for 24 hours because of your in-competencies. I need to have this sorted so that I can port my number to another network provider I am fed up with Virgin.
