Bad service and response from Virgin Mobile

I had 2 contracts for my kids and was billed for three. After calling the call center on several occasions, over a period of about 5 months, I never received any response. I stopped the debit order. eventually after becoming rude in my correspondence via e mails (which I have all the proof), I was contacted by the retention manager. he sent me an e mail and resolved the 3rd contract dispute. he promised that the amount will be credited to my account. nothing happened ever since. eventually I was contacted by Select On Line which I think is a debt collector company. I explained my situation to the and they followed up with Virgin Mobile with no success. recently I applied for another contract with MTN and the application was declined. I contacted Transunion and found that I was blacklisted by Virgin Mobile. I was notified about the action against me. I then requested customer care at virgin mobile to sent me proof of notification about the Blacklisting and the money they promised to pay to my account. the return e mail sent to me promised that they will contact me within 48 hours. This was sent on 15 January 2013. Still no response from Virgin Mobile. fortunately I have all e mails
