Can't believe virgin mobile can't even get back to their clients after leaving complaints on hello peter and after calling them numerous time to try and find out what's wrong with my phone that went in for repairs. NO ONE AT VIRGIN MOBILE can give me an answer as too where my phone is what's happening with it. I am getting fed up with bad service from virgin mobile. I have been without my phone for almost a MONTH now.
I wish someone in virgin mobile that know what's going on within the company can call me and help me
