I had to get hold of Virgin Mobile on a Saturday as I couldn't make calls from my number. I kept getting a message saying Authorisation Failure. For the life of me, I could not get hold of Virgin Mobile. Was advised that they work Monday to Friday working hours. Sorry for after hours service!!! If you have a problem, it can wait!!
Then I called on Monday morning to the call centre. Had to try 8 times before I got through. To be told "Oh your number is fine, I will put you through to technical support"
Its 2 days later and I am still holding for Tech support. No one cared to attend to my call.
So I will be taking my virgin mobile numbers and transferring them over to Cell C who has given nothing but service and help to friends and family.
I will make sure I tell people about my Virgin Mobile experience.
