The Telkom lines were in my area and as a result I stopped the payment of the account. It took Telkom a month and a half to restore the service with no communication whatsoever. I kept on getting reference numbers and promises to be called back with no one actually doing anything. Telkom promptly listed me with the ITC because of the account that was unpaid. Once the line was restored, I paid the full outstanding account and was astonished that I was still listed with the ITC.
