Illegal Invoicing Bad Customer service

Vodacom invoiced me illegally R100 every time when a debit order bounced back from January 2013
till March 2013, thats R300 for Debit orders that bounced back?? I DEMAND PROOF ON WHERE I DID AGREED
TO VODACOM TO GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO INVOICE ME R100 EVERYTIME WHEN A DEBIT ORDER BOUNCES BACK
(LACK OF FUNDS EXT: )My account is then actually - R300?? Behind!
Vodacom handed the account over to their legal department en deleted my cell number??
this is so unfair!!! I use this as a bussiness phone!! I wonder what would MTN, Cell C, 8Ta say when I post everything
on their facegroup walls? JUST OVER - R300 Otherwise the Ombudsman needs to investigate this unfairness from
VODACOM!
