Incorrect Billing - Vodacom Steals your money

I have 2 cell phone contracts with Vodacom. I also had a 3G contract with them that expired at the end of Feb 2013. The staff at Vodacom clearwater mall assured me that the last debit order for the 3G will go off at the end of January 2013 because they bill in advance.
When my debit order came off at the end of Feb 2013 I was charged for the 3G again. I reversed the debit order and personally went to a vodacare to pay for the 2 cell phone contracts only. After I did this Vodacom still soft locked my 2 cell phone contracts. So they locked something that I already paid for!!!
Now again today I received a notification that my account will be soft locked.
Above all of this they still charged me R100 because I reversed the debit order.
When I tried to sort something out 2 months ago with Vodacom clearwater mall the MANAGER HIT ME IN THE FACE WITH A DOOR AND REFUSED TO TALK TO ME.
If this is the attitude of Vodacom nowadays it shows me that they aren't what they used to be. I suggest going to MTN.
I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for 4 years now and this is the treatment I get. SHOCKING!!!
