Very fast and quick response

Sent my phone a week ago in for repairs, but didn't have my proof of purchase (contract phone). Received sms for quote for out of Warranty repair. Phoned them to enquire why it is done out of warranty, and they said because of no proof of purchase. I phoned MTN Direct to ask for a copy of the proof of purchase and it was e-mailed to me while I was actually still on the phone with the operator. Then I sent it to the repairs department and they received it and sent it to the repairs department. Now just hoping the warranty covers the repairs.
