Overcharging my debit order without my consent

I am absolutely disgusted with the service i have recieved from vodacom time and time again. I have an old bank account which only my vodacom Debit order goes off of, i deposit money every month without failure in order for my debit to go off, i do not even use my vodacom number as i find the service pathetic yet suddenly the past two months without my permission Vodacom has been trying to debit more than what my account without any notification whatsoever and therefore has been bouncing, last month i had to go to voda care to pay my account and now will have to again and everytime i am charged to do so. If this is not sorted within 5 working days legal action will be taken as this is not the first time i have had issues with vodacom. I have a virgin mobile contract which i use instead of my vodacom contract and have never had a single issue... Anyone wanting to open up a vodacom contract i reccomend you think twice
