Logged a call with telkom to have my ADSL line fixed as it doesn't sync, Telkom field tech came out to my house plugged in a phone heard the noise on the line, said he would come back and was on his way to the street box to do something there and that he would phone me to test when he is done. this was over a week ago and no matter how many time you phone trying to get update you get nothing, i did get a call from some supervisior on saterday saying he was on leave and he will make sure a tech comes back to fix the issue, and yet again no tech and line is still not fixed, still noise on the line, have tried many times no to escalate it further and getting no where, either you get a response it is in the hands on the tech or i will have a supervisor phone you. this does not happen, still no ADSL. paying for a service that i cant use, also it is a on going issue as line has never been fixed over the last 6months, it is just call being logged after call being logged, line doesn't seem to work more than 3weeks of the month. please FIX it. :
