I took out out a contract with vodacom and it was agreed that they will debit my account on the last they of each month. In January they deducted on the 28th which i never agreed to. Now since then i've been trying to get assistance from Vodacom. On the 29th they said the loaded the dispute and will get back to me in 72hrs till now. They want to charge me with penalty fees yet i am not at fault here. Now i am liable for bank charges cause their debit order bounced and worse yet their debit is the first that bounced since i had this account which leaves a blemish on my credit record yet they send me from pillar to post. This after 3months with vodacom just thinking what ahead with them is scary. If i knew what i know now i would have never taken out this contract with Vodacom. The service is PATHETIC if i had the funds to cancel this i would.
