Vodacom loaded R100 on my account for a failed debit order, the bank also charged R100 for the failed debit order. According to the Vodacom terms and conditions it does not state that thy will take R100 for a failed debit order as per attached link [URL Removed]
The National Credit regulatort also does not approve of this.
Please give my R100 back and dont do it again, I have also contacted the onbudsman to assist as Vodacom does not know who to transfer me to for help. I think the persons dead...
