I bought a laptop 7th December. I already have a MTN cell phone and went to go pay my account end of December. MTN branch in Centurion. The consultant and the Manager informed me that i will only be paying for my laptop in January.
Yesterday my phone account was suspended (I'm debarred from using the line). I phoned customer service 808 and the consultant was so rude. I tried to explain to him what a MTN employee told me and the consultant told me did i expect to get a free month on my account. I told him im going to report your bad service on hello peter and he said why, because I did not pay my account.
I said you are suppose to keep me calm and assist me and he said there is nothing he can do I just need to pay.
Is this the customer service MTN gives. I will never us MTN again and I will not refer anyone to MTN.

I have to waist my time go back to the branch and try to sort out my account after being given the wrong information by MTN when I was there to pay my account.
