Unlucky and confused custome

1. I upgraded my top up account but was stunned when three days later I received an email that stated I have an outstanding account with them of R6000.00. I immediately went back to the branch where I upgraded the phone to find out how it is possible to have an account on a Top Up contract of R6000.00. I was so surprised that my Top Up account was changed to a open line after I asked the consultant if this is a Top Up upgrade and this upgrade should have been 100 Top Up to a 200 Top Up. The Consultant showed me away and said I must sort It out myself and phone 808. So that is what I did and the Service provider told me that they can not help me as I must return to the branch and call them from there. I have been to the branch three times for a detailed account and three weeks later I still don't have an answer.

2. Now there is a problem with my phone and the consultant is so arrogant and says this my problem and not their problem because apparently with a Samsung phone you must send an sms to have a warranty on your phone but unfortunately that was not discussed with me. Now my question is how can you buy a R10000.00 cell phone on a contract with no Guarantee? PLEASE HELP!!!
