I have been paying my account frm April 2012 and in December i received an SMS saying that they will debit my account on the 14 Dec 2012. for more infor mation phone. When I phoned the number provided to query because it was out of our agreement of paying on the 20th of every month, iwas told that There is nothing that they can do for me as lot of people will be paid on the 14th. My cheque account was marked with RD for Dec. This morning i received the same message saying that they will debit my account on the 18th of Jan. I again phoned to tell them that this will be no good for my cheque account as i will again have RD and the bank have already notified me that they are considering closing my account. MBD consultant that i keep on phoning them evry month and i must know that there is nothing they can do for me. I never jumped the payment when they debit on the 20th. My aggrement with them was for the 20th and no other date. Towards the end of the payments they decide to debit my account anyday they feel like and they dont care about the charges i pay at the bank for those RDs. Please help. Their consultant are so rude and without knowlwdge and customer care.
