Mtn incompetent Consultant

In December 201.2 i went to mtn in Canal Walk to make a manuel payment for the Month of November that has been outstanding and to pay for December as well. I was told by the consultant who assisted me that only an amount of R323 is due. I then told him i changed banks and he the consultant then told me to give my Capitec banking details so that he can sort it out and that December amount can be debit from my account. On the 7th of Feb 2013 my two contractnumbers has been barred. I contacted the call centre and was told that they never recieved any payments i told them that i went to Canal Walk and the consultant who assisted me never loaded my Capitec account details. The only thing i have is Dec slip no name of the consultan appears on it. I want Canal Walk to sort out my account. As they messed it up and been giving me the wrong information.. Someon has to take responsibility for my account. This is not the first time that i get pathtic service from mtn. I want my account to be sorted out as soon as possible and they will be held liable for my outstanding amount. I gave my new banking details and was never loaded. I want them to resume my lines as ASAP as this is not my fault!!!
