Firstly this is not the first time I am complaining about truworths service. On Monday I applied on line for an account. I received a message saying that I needed to contact truworths in Cape Town on 0214607771. I then got a call yesterday from someone and she couldn't hear me cause of the signal so she put the phone down. And then I didn't get a phone call back. I then phoned the Cape Town branch and some consultant answered she had such attitude and told me someone would phone me. I then got another missed call from an unknown number. So today I phoned the CT branch again to have a Benita tell me that you off line and that someone would phone me. I told her that I want her to make sure that they phone me today. She had such a bad attitude so I told her that her customer service was dreadful. I'm am so shocked at how she spoke to me. She also put the phone down in my hear. I am a new customer and this is how I get treated. I don't think you want me as a customer, so cancel my application because clearly your staff are not serious about their jobs they dont want to get new business...
