Wrong info and bad service

My father opened a Capitec account on my request as I am also a existing customer. Upon application my father informed the consultant that he needs an account for he's business cheques to be deposited into. The guy helping us informed him that he can open a savings account on his personal name and then they can link a flexi save account to that one in the business name. The consultant also told us that we can deposit any business cheque into that account. Well, on Saturday we deposited a cheque for the company into the account and got a call from Suzelle the branch manager this morning informing us that they can not accept the cheque as it is not made out to my father personally. What bull...!! This was not the information given to us!! Upon arrival at the branch to try and sort this matter out, Suzelle met us at the door of the branch and did not even take us through to her office to discuss the matter. How unprofessional!!! No help. Logged a complaint via e-mail at customer services but still no reply from them as well. Their staff are unhelpfull, uninformed and unprofessional. Not banking with Capitec, ask why? Yeah, ask why should you change to a bank like this!!!
