I took aphone on 25 September 2012 for repair and I book in same day. The told me is going to take plus minus 21 days to six weeks. On October 7 i was duke for updrade for new phone and i went back for up grade the never give any notice if I was gone forfeit for repair C3 .I was keep checking them ask when the phone is come back no one told me the wont repair the phone beacause do have new phone. Andrew told me the must give a new for phone the reason the phone having same problem. I end up call in Altec my self ask how much must I wait for my phone to be repair and I was send pill to pill. I want them the must apply good servise to costumer not make me a full and apply good servise. The suppose tell me not up-grade and wait for my repair to come back. If knew was going to cancell my contract nobody make I away.
