I am so frustrated

I have 2 lines. R481 was due at the end of Dec and I paid R500. Early in December my son's phone was cut. I was informed that they accidently allocated the whole amount to my line and thus my son's line shows outstanding. Line was switched on and I was informed account would be corrected. Mid Dec a lady phoned to inform that account was in arrears. Explained whole story - promised that it would be rectified. Sent proof of payment. Shortly thereafter received invoice that I need to pay R548 at end Dec. On 28 December my son's phone was cut. On 31 December an amount of R1100 was requested from my account - didnt go through as I only made provision for R548. Have been on line with consultant for hour now - informed that I should pay R1300. When I said impossible he said that he would refer to acc dep and that my son's phone would be switched on after 48 hours. Not acceptable as it is not my mistake!! I need to be in contact with my son that travels to school with schooter!!! I requested to speak to a manger. Was told that manager wouldnt be able to help. Insisted. Have been on line with Cell c for 50 minutes now and no luck.
