NO FEEDBACK NEW MTN CLIENT - MENLYN BRANCH

On Friday (22/03/2013) I went to Menlyn's Mtn to apply for a contract. As I was standing there a few people also applied for phones like Iphones ect. and they walked out with their new phone/tablet. I applied and signed my contract, the lady that helped me said that it will take anything from 2 - 72 hours for my application to be processed. I phoned Mtn Serivce provider this morning just to ask what the progress is on my application just to hear that I have to phone the store where I applied for the phone. Menlyn actually has 2 Mtn stores. Neither of them answering their phones. I spoke to a lady this morning from the store on the lower level and she said that she would phone me back within that same hour, Its 5 hours later, still no call. And still no answer from either one of the stores. I need feedback, this is not acceptable.
