I would like to terminate my data contract with Cell C without penalty fees as I logged a network coverage complaint on the 14th of January 2013 due to the decreasing signal strength I have experienced over the last couple of months. I only got a final response after numerous emails by the 15th of March 2013 I received the following email:
"There is a site planned to be erected at the corner of Paul Kruger and Taylor Road. Our networking team has not been able to provide a forecast date yet but we will keep you posted on any developments. Once this site goes live you will notice an improvement in your coverage."
Since I cannot be told when this site will be erected and I still have more than 12 months left on my data contract I am stuck paying for a service that I no longer get.
