Worse service with 8ta menlyn, 2 weeks waiting

I went to Menlyn 8ta store and applied for a samsung S4mini, the consultant name is Percival Malapo, the application was done on the 03/12/2013, he advised that there is no stock for a white Samsung galarxy S4mini and he said, he will check for me at other stores the following day, i never revieved any feedback from him, i went to the store again he then advised that they are no stock nation wide, he will call me... i send several emails to him, he, he does not respond nor contact me and give me response on the application... telkom is worse with the service, i would never ever recommend some one to take any deal with them, they lack professionalism, sense of urgency, and they dont give feedback, i have to constantley visit the store to inquire about my application.
this Malapo consultant doesnt care aboout the service of the client at all, he has all my details, ...all my bank statements, paylslip and application form are there but, he does nothing with it.

i need the phone urgently, its been fcken 2 weeks, no response from TELKOM or this Malapo

this is company... you guys need to learn a thing or thing about customer service and teach your staff as wel
