Poor service delivery from Cell C

Our Company applied for two new lines from Cell C Menlyn. I originally went into the Cell C store to apply for the documents but didn't have the correct documents as I wasn't properly advised by the Cell C store in Woodlands of all the required documents. Consequently, I approached Cell C Menlyn to assist with the application. I was informed of the required forms and they were emailed on Tuesday the 7th of May 2013. No one has bothered contacting us to notify us of what is happening. I've had to contact them on 3 occasions to find out the progress of this application. I cancelled my one contract with Vodacom to move over to Cell C and I think I made a huge mistake. Vodacom's call rates might be more exensive, but we've never received this type of service or lack thereof from them. Cell C Menlyn is incredibly disorganised and I'm not satisfied with their service for business contracts. It's been more than a week and I'm still awaiting for "authorisation" of the contracts.
