Samsung S4 Deals

Hi,

I went to telkom to apply for 2 x Samsung Galaxy S4 phones on Smartplan 250. Went into the store - had a chat with Mzwakhe - this was on the 8th October. Which was the Tuesday. According to Mzwakhe I must fill out my contract and he will let me know when I qualify. I phone them on Wednesday - no he need to phone to do the application and that the stock will be here by Thursday/Friday - 11th Ocotber. Then on Friday I phoned and was told the stock is still not their, I demanded to speak to the store manager. I spoke to Annette and she told me the expected eta is the 16 October. Today I phoned again - guess what the eta has been postponed to Friday. No feedback you as client have to phone the whole time to get an update. what kind of service level is that from Telkom that is suppose to be so big. I ended up cancelling my application.
Oh and when i asked if your other stores doesn't have stock I was told yes Lenasia have stock go there. What is that... Well I was prepare to swtich from Vodacom to telkom but if their service level is like this how would the network be. Very disappointed.
