Inability to solve a complaint

Good day

I went to Cell C Menlyn on the 1st of Feb to do a sim swap for my two lost phones and get a micro sim for my Ipad. The lady who assisted me told me I was due for upgrades. I upgraded my 3 cell phones.

The contract I signed for my Micro sim was the 500mb for R45.00 a month. I specifically requested a closed contract similar to my phones because I work on a budget, the lady asked me if I was sure i said yes because I am also using wi fi at work, I only want to use it on weekends and also I can use my phone for internet..I started getting statements from Cell C and when I called the call centre they said there is nothing they can do I must go back to Menlyn. When I went to Menlyn the lady who upgraded my phone was not there it the one who assisted me said where is it written in my contract does it say it i a closed line. She cannot do anything I must call the call centre. I signed a similar contract for the phone and it is not written anywhere that it open and the contract says I wil.l pay R45.00 which is what I budgeted for. I want to cancel the micro sim contract (084 481 0333) I will get a prepaid micro sim from Voda com. I wasted my time and petrol trying to sort this out immacably
