In Nov 2012 I applied for a NeoConnect solution at Menlyn Retail Park. To date i have not had any feedback.
When i phone nobody answers. I have been back to the store 3 times and I am told they are waiting on telkom to port my number. Working for an ISP i know Telkom does not take 5months to do this.
While in the store i phoned the store number and noticed that it was ignored. I was told they dont answer the phone when there are customers in store.
If this is the service quality before i am a client, i shudder to think what service i will receive once i am a client and need support
