POOR SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE

I have recently applied to become an Edgars account holder. It took me 90 minutes in-store to complete the application - as the assistant in store took his time to assist me. I have not had any response from Edgars regarding the status of my application - if it has been approved or not, and when I phone the New Accounts department of the EDCON/Edgars group - they refer me to the Menlyn store. I have phoned the Menlyn store numerous times, only to be disappointed as they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AT ALL at the accounts department. The lady at the switchboard was extremely rude and the service is utterly disgusting! If Edgars wants people to open accounts with them or spend money at their store, they will have to wake up and provide service to their customers!
