PG Glass Menlyn - Poor Service

I had to replace my front windscreen which was processed through this branch. Twice when I phoned for feedback, the phone was put down in my ear. You can also hold on for 15 min before they answer their phones. When I eventually got through I was told that Grace would get back to me within 30 min as she had to confirm whether stock was available. I phoned a few hours later, only to be told that she has not yet checked. When on the phone you hear a lot of shouting going on in the background. VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE. I subsequently cancelled everything and went to a competitor nearby.
