I have applied for a new contract on Friday, the lady who assisted me stated she will contact me with an answer. Knowing how eager one is when you apply for something new you want feedback sooner than later. On Saturday I phoned 808 to find out whether the contract has been approved & they stated that I should contact the store where the application was made & they adviced that it will take between 24 & 48 hrs. I then phoned the store in question, the lady stated she will phone me back as she is busy with a client. No return call. On Monday afternoon I phoned once again, she checked for me & stated that my request is still pending, but she will phone me back. She said that we should have feedback later that afternoon (Monday) or the latest Tuesday. Today is Thursday, no feedback & absolute no contact made to inform me of the progress or the hold-up. I really think this is pathetic. If you tell a client that you will phone them back, you make sure you do just that. That is how you achieve 100% customer satisfaction. I expect a call from someone to inform me of the progress or at least say yay or nay. Thank you - A very dissapointed custome
