We entered into a contract with Vodacom, pay as you go internet service, and cancelled due to moving out of the area. Vodacom used to debit my account monthly, but when the contract ended, they did not debit anymore.
May months later they kept sending me threatening letters saying I owed them money, but the fact of the matter was if your account was not paid in advance, you did not get the service/internet facility.
They keep sending me lawyers letters demanding money, but everytime I request that they supply me with a breakeown of the costs, they fail to respond. I recently had a heart bypass operationg due to stress, and cannot take the pressure any more, why don't they come back to me with the information I have requested?
I am really worried this will have an adverse affect on my health
