Bad Billing from Vodacom as usual

I took a Vodacom contract at incredible connection in 2010/10, the contract ran until the 2012/10 and was never informed that I have to call Vodacom to get the contract cancelled. Vodacom stopped putting money on to the sim card but continued debiting my account. I took the matter with Vodacom and as we know bad attitude is a common practice I ended up getting myself listed and the account handed over to a collector. I tried to explain that no one told me I have to get this cancelled, but instead Vodacom continued to debit my account for 7 months and still claim I own the money. I'm not prepared to pay them more than what I did and will never ever take anything with them.
