I started to get letters from attorneys demanding R96 for an outstanding Edgars account about a year ago. As a matter of principle I demanded more information, but MJM Attorneys couldn't provide any after two months, and referred me to Edgars. Edgars confirmed that this was for an account which was opened in 1993 and the R96 was an administration fee. I've contacted them more than 30 time, send letters and got various reference numbers. This problem is however not resolved. I will get an email tomorrow from them stating: "Thank you for having the patience and addressing this concern with us. We will be speaking to our financial management team requesting feedback and assistance on this account. Your reference number is 2207130018/GO. If you ever need to speak to us, please call us on 0800 20 39 25." Then I will never hear from them again, and I will continue getting threatening letters from lawyers. I've decided to write a bad comment about Edgars on the Internet EVERY DAY until this problem is solved! I'm sure you will loose more than R96!
