My 24 months cell phone contract with Vodacom ended 12 months ago, in June 2012.. I asked to have the account closed as well, and i moved to "prepaid"... To date that INformation has not been updated on ITC...
Last week I found out that "Vodacom still has my cell phone contract account - SHOWING OPEN ON ITC...
To make matters worse they have "inconsistant payments" showing... I was on debit order, i never defaulted on a payment, as a matter of fact - There was a 6 months which i had prepaid/paid in advance while i was still on contract... THIS LACK OF PROFFESSIONALISM IS TO my detriement"...
Why can`t VODACOM, hire people who can actually work??? I don`t see how, an account which has had no activity for the past 12 MONTHS.. Be said to be "OPENED AND OWING"!!!
