I have requested a cancellation of contract from Vodacom, well in advance. Went to Vodacom in Menlyn to pay the supposed last debit order which didnt go off but I paid for the bounced debit order costs. When I enquired if the cancellation I'd previously requested had been completed, the lady who was helping me stated that the cancellation was not done. I subsequently sent a mail to the same box of people from I'd requested help and a read receipt was recorded and to date not one person has contacted me neither responded to my cancellation request. Please urgently assist. I dont want this contract to continue - I'm not even using the minutes.
