Vodacom unethical and poor service

I cancelled a 3G contract with Vodacom in 2010. This was in my company name that was active at the time. Subsequent to deregistration of the company I canceled the contract by sending a fax to the cancelations department as requested by Vodacom. I have confirmation of this cancelation by fax receipt. I have realized that Vodacom have never in fact canceled the contract and debit order of the monthly amount has been deducted off my account for the past few years. I have never received an invoice and there has not been any activity on this account ever since cancelation. I have tried on numerous occasions through the number 082 1940 to resolve this and be refunded without success. I have also emailed the business section without success. I have a reference number EC-2H72-103185 which was given to me by an automated response but no response on this. When contacting Vodacom they say that the account does not exist, but the same account number appears on my bank statement when the amount is deducted. This whole situation is quite pathetic for a company like Vodacom. Will be canceling my currents contracts with them as soon as they expire.
