I have a Data contract with Nashua Mobile but on the MTN network. I have contacted my SP about the fact that I am receiving VERY poor 3G internet coverage in my area. Nashua Mobile has really tried their very best to assist me with this issue but as a final result I was advised that this problem needs to be sorted out by the network itself so they provided me with a Network Problem Investigation form. On the form I located the phone number 083 900 1212 which i called from my MTN simcard. I spoke to Samantha from your network problems department and she has advised me that there is absolutly nothing she could do to assist with my problem. I feel that she could really have tried to assist but she had a very bad attitude.
I am really receiving VERY POOR upload and download speeds. I really need URGENT attention to this issue> Should I not receive assistance soon I dont have a chioce but to cancel my data line.
I hope that it would not be neccesary to go so far.
