Previously having being with MTN I decided to move to Cell C as i believed their network coverage was better. Before having taken 2 contracts with Cell C i checked their 3G coverage and saw that it did cover my area. So i decided to get my first contract with them. Having taken my first contract i had enjoyed great network coverage with high data speeds and no network breakage so i decided to take a 20gig contract with them and lo and behold the day i got my second cell C contract the quality of my coverage dropped to a bear minimum. I get network breakage every 5 minutes in my area and can not even browse the internet let alone make phone calls for more than 2minutes. I have called the Cell C customer careline who where extremely unhelpfull telling me to do things that i have already done to try and sort the issue. Cell C's network coverage only seems to be going downhill and I might end up disputing my contract due to no service delivery.
