Nashua / Cell C iPhone 4s: No Service

I ported from MTN to the Cell C Network (iPhone 4s), with Nashua as my service provider. I have been unable to use my phone as intended as the Cell C network is consistently poor - my phone indicates 3G connectivity, but often does not access e-mail, Internet or apps using data.
I have called Nashua Mobiles call centre numerous times in the last 2 months, they change settings, say they forgot a network setting etc and to wait 24 hours for this to update. Nothing has worked.
I contacted Cell C, who say that their networks are overloaded / slow and that I should expect to be disconnected continuously.

I then tried to cancel this contract due to non-performance, but Nashua call centre says they cannot do this and I have to contact the fourways branch - who do not answer their phones.

I have been paying for months for a service I do not receive. Cell C advertises their cheap rates, and it is clear why given the terrible network they have.

Nashua Mobile disowns all responsibility: I must get confirmation that Cell C networks are poor, what is the point of Nashua Mobile as a service provider if they don't assist in these matters!

All I want is to cancel this contract!
