POOR NETWORK COVERAGE BRITS

I have upgraded 18 Feb at Brits MTN to a new DATA modem. My problem is that I am unable to connect in the Brits area due to poor network coverage.

I then went into store to complain and was given a network coverage ref nr, I never received feedback from them, I then went into the MTN store again and was lucky enough to meet with a Mr Koena Mpati from MTN headoffice visiting the store, he gave me assurance that he will look into the matter and gave me his work email adress to forward my emails sent already. This I did, but to date never received feedback from him.

The store in Brits in return asked me for GPS coordinates to send to Network coverage. This was done 9th May, the email was sent to coverage complaints with a templete i had to fill in.

I have not since had feedback or any credits passed for the period from Feb to date. I am unable to proceed in this manner as MTN is not doing anything about the poor NETWORK and empty promises are being made by MTN Management staff to assist.

The MTN store in Brits was helpful but I now need service and am unable to get it from them or MTN. I feel MTN is deducting my money monthly but not willing to assist when I have a pro
