Vodacom staff inefficient!!!

My nightmare began when I took my phone in for repairs. A Cellsure consultant advised to go to Vodaworld where a rep would sort out claim & I'd get a replacement immediately. I went in next day, told I needed to wait for SMS to inform me I could collect phone. However, consultant got authorization & new phone was issued at Vodashop. salesperson said I had 7days to return phone for replacement thereafter warranty kicks in. Phone would not read ANY SIM card, contacted Blackberry & Vodacom call centre & told to return it to any store for replacement. Went to Customer care at Eastgate 15/03/2013 & Consultant called H/Office on what to do & sent me to Vodacom4U store for new phone. Salesperson there wouldn't assist, said I need to go back to Vodaworld! Took matter up with Prudence (supervisor at customer care). Collected another phone 18/03/2013. Returned to Eastgate 19/03/2013 to restore data but couldn't be done because back up disc was done on MacBook at Vodaworld & can't be restored using PC. Agent called Kabelo Monakgotla (senior data consultant Vodaworld), who is aware of problem caused by backing up data using MacBook, who SIMPLY SAID I MUST GO BACK TO VODAWORLD!!
