Negligance and no feedback

It is almost 4 weeks since a laid a complaint the first time. The above mentioned lady (Xoliswa Mathele) never answers an email that you send her. She did send me a loan phone for the time being, I have tried to phone her, after numerous emails, but with no answer or respond from her. The loan phone does not charge, this is no use for me if this is the case. She was quickly to offer me the loan phone last week Thursday and now I do not get a respond from her. After all the complaints my insurance is still not active and I have received no physical answer from Vodacom to confirm what the situation is with my Insurance documents. Vodacom is hopeless to solve this issue. Still there is no one that can give me feedback. The only calls that i am getting from Vodacom is to amend my contract. I want it to stay as is, i just need answers on the insurance and what is going to happen? Why do I need to check if Vodacom personal is doing their job and not their Managers. I do not get paid to check if they do their work.
