Rice that cooked atleast 2hours in order for it to get well cooked

Hello l have purchased 2 packets of 2kg of Tastic rice and l opened them and cooked them separately they both don't cook perfect anymore, you have to cook it atleast for 2 hours if you want it to be cooked perfect as if lm cooking samp..
