MTN is the reason for my Disconnection

I went to them to change my banking details and surname about a month ago. The girl that helped me assured me that my bill will be taken from my new bank account. Two weeks later I received an sms for my old bank stating that they tried to deduct the money from my old account. I left it there because of her confirmation that it would not happen. Two days later I received another sms from my old bank that they tried to deduct money. I went in and confronted the manager about the penalty fee which I had to pay now because of their mistake and with a bad attitude he said that he will pay the penalty fee, which I told him that it would not be necessary as long as they sort it out. I paid my bill cash for that month at their store on the 07/03/2013 just to find today that my phone has been disconnected!!! Once again someone did not do their job correctly. I expect it to be fixed today or I will take further procedures. That's bad service and I am the one suffering.
