THREE DAYS AGO I LODGE A COMPLAIN, THE LADY FROM VODACOM PHONED ME FROM CUSTOMER CARE, MY BLACKBERRY IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY I TOOK IT IN TO VODACOM THE PHONE IS STILL NOT REPAIR AFTER COLLECTION, WHEN THE LADY PHONED ME I SAY I NEED A LOAN PHONE BECAUSE I CANT GIVE IT AGAIN AND MY WORK IS ON THE PHONE SO I NEED NOW FEEDBACK FROM THE CEO OFFICE TO REPSOND BECAUSE I AM GONNA PUT THIS IN THE MEDIA, IF VODACOM CANT ASSIST THEN THEY MUSNT LET CUSTOMER BUY THERE HANDSETS
